Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone – Vendor & Sponsor Opportunities

Participate in the biggest community event of 2026 – the FIFA World Cup and the Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zones!

The County and regional partners are currently seeking both sponsors and food and merchandise vendors to create a vibrant and inclusive marketplace experience at this year’s Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zones events. These events are anticipated to draw tens of thousands of soccer fans and community members, gathered together to celebrate this global soccer moment in LA County.

Submit the interest form below to be considered. The deadline to submit the form for preferential review is April 30th, 2026 by 12:00 PM, and the application will close on May 15th, 2026 by 5:00 PM.

Event Overview

The Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zones  are multi-day regional community events taking place across Los Angeles County in July of 2026. This opportunity is currently open to businesses located in Supervisorial Districts 1 and 2 only. If you are not sure, please verify your Supervisorial District here: LA County District Locator

Fan Zone at Los Angeles County Whittier Narrows - July 9 – 11th, 2026

Doors open to public at 10:30 AM and close at 4:00 PM on July 9th and 10th. Doors close at 9:00pm on July 11th.

Fan Zone at LA County’s Earvin “Magic” Johnson Park - July 4 – 5th, 2026

Doors open 8:30 AM and close at 5:00 PM on July 4th. Doors open at 11:30 AM and close at 8:00 PM on July 5th.

The Fan Zones will serve as a community gathering space featuring live match screenings, cultural programming, food and drink, entertainment, and interactive experiences. The Fan Zones are expected to attract a diverse and highly engaged audience, including families and youth soccer organizations, local residents from across the County of Los Angeles, visitors from neighboring regions, community organizations and cultural groups.

Vendor and Merchant Opportunities

The County will consider vendors and merchants offering a variety of goods and experiences, including:

  • Local food and beverage
  • Apparel
  • Ceramics and home goods
  • Arts and crafts
  • Prints and artwork
  • Plants
  • Pet products
  • Interactive activities (face painting, crafts, etc.)
  • Cultural or community-based offerings
  • And more!

Participation Options & Cost

Vendors may be selected for opportunities including:

Cost of $500/day

10 ft x 20 ft or 10 ft x10 ft – cost of $450/day

10 ft x 10 ft – cost of $350/day

Permitted is $250/day, otherwise $350/day

10 ft x 20 ft or 10 ft x10 ft – cost of $350/day (event organizers provide tents)

Sponsor & Corporate Partnership Opportunities

The County is seeking sponsors, but please note there are limited sponsorship opportunities. Please contact Erin Soares at erin@carsla.net to discuss further.

Minimum Requirements

Participating vendors and merchants will need to have or acquire appropriate licensing (e.g. CA Seller’s Permit, Department of Public Health Temporary Food Facility Permit, and a Sidewalk Vending Registration Certificate (SVRC) in order to be considered for participation. Please contact the DEO’s Office of Small Business at osb@opportunity.lacounty.gov for assistance preparing required documents or obtaining County and other certification/permits.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all selected vendors and merchants are responsible for providing their own equipment and setup including, but not limited to, tents, tables, chairs, food trucks or carts, refrigeration, power supply, lighting, and any other materials needed for safe and compliant operations.

Selected vendors and merchants must also adhere to all applicable health, safety, and fire regulations and ensure their setup is fully self-contained and event ready. Electricity may be available on site as needed and confirmed with the event organizer.

Application and Selection Process

All interested vendors must complete the interest form linked below. Deadline to complete the interest form is April 30th, 2026 by 12:00 PM for preferential review. The application will close on May 15th, 2026 by 5:00 PM.

Interest Form

The form will collect:

  • Business information and contact details
  • Business type and operational model
  • Local Small Business Enterprise or other certifications with LA County or City
  • Description of products or services
  • Licensing and permit information
  • Website and social media links
  • Participation interest (vendor type and/or sponsor)
  • Target audience and demographics

Submissions will be reviewed by event organizers contacted by the County. Prioritization will be provided to local small businesses that demonstrate readiness to participate and adhere to minimum requirements, and businesses that offer goods and/or services that help ensure a balanced, high-quality, and diverse event experience.

  • Submission of an interest form does not guarantee selection.
  • Selected vendors will be contacted with next steps, requirements, and logistics. Selection may be on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply as soon as possible.
  • Additional permitting and compliance requirements may apply.All vendors and sponsors are subject to review, approval, and compliance with applicable permitting, licensing, insurance, and event requirements.
  • Event details, including dates, location, attendance estimates, and programming, are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.
